- 01Who we are and what this covers: the site, the booking form, and our client and candidate relationships. AI Nativ is a venture of Precious Studio, which is the contracting entity until a new entity is incorporated.
- 02Site data: booking form fields, Google Analytics 4, and the scheduling tool we use for calls.
- 03Client data: business contacts, workflow and systems information, credentials issued to operators. Client business data handled by an operator is processed under the client's instructions and the engagement agreement.
- 04Candidate data: applications, work samples, assessments, background checks, training records. Retention for unsuccessful candidates.
- 05Use: matching, training, running engagements, billing, monthly retraining. No sale, no advertising use.
- 06Storage and processors: Google Workspace, our form and scheduling providers, and our payroll provider. Operators are in Sri Lanka and work inside client systems under scoped access, through a managed virtual desktop where the engagement requires it.
