- 01Scope: site and booking form. Engagements are governed by a signed agreement.
- 02Published engagement terms, stated so site and agreement agree: 20 or 40 hours; two-month trial, then month to month with one month's notice; replacement during the trial; implementation rounds at fixed scope. The signed agreement controls.
- 03Documentation ownership: the process documentation built for a client is the client's from the day the operator starts. Training materials remain ours.
- 04Operator status: operators are employed and paid by us, and are not the client's employees or contractors. The client directs the work; we manage the person.
- 05Confidentiality and data: contracts before day one; scoped access; no client data in consumer AI tools.
- 06Site use, IP in site content, no warranties, limitation of liability.
- 07Governing law: Texas. Contact. Changes.
